Hello everyone, hope I can get some help. I was running 25.10.6 for a while and got prompted to upgrade to 25.10.7 yesterday.
After I did, I’m getting an error:
“Critical
Pool Main_Pool state is ONLINE: One or more devices could not be used because the label is missing or invalid. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue functioning in a degraded state.
The following devices are not healthy:”
It doesnt say which devices. Please see attached screenshot. All my HDDs in the pool are healthy. The first time I logged in after the upgrade it told me to scrub, which I did overnight. How can troubleshoot this?
PS: the nas is not on 24x7. I usually turn it on a few hours a day every so often only when I stream stuff via emby or upload new content. This is what I get with zpool status. The Cache is the trouble spot. But dont know how to proceed from here
It looks like your cache device has failed. Remove it, (the L2ARC VDEV), from the pool using the GUI. It’s not critical to pool operation.
You will have to get a replacement and put it back if you really need a L2ARC. You can try to view your statistics by running sudo arc_summary and see what your hit rates, etc say.
