When there is a new version of an app (new latest docker image), how are the apps updated so that they use this image?
I am asking because I installed Warracker. It uses version v9.9.1 but there is already 7 new versions (latest is v9.9.8). Does someone have to go and manually update the app in apps repo, or should this be picked up manually?

Yes, I believe someone has to do that but I am not sure what the procedure is for the catalogue apps.
I see them growing out of iX:s ability to handle by themselves so it may be that the community needs to help out.

Yeah, that sounds like a reasonable thing to try.
If it’s not the intended process you will hopefully be told what to do instead.
