Is the link to TrueNAS-13.0-U6.3-manual-update.tar. broken?

I cannot get to the TrueNAS -13.0 -U6 .3 -manual-update.tar file. The site is not opening or the link is perhaps broken? Can anyone advise?

I need to update my 12.0-U8.1 instance and GUI updating is not working while getting:

“Unable to connect to url update-master.ixsystems /TrueNAS/trains.txt: Automatic update check failed. Please check system network settings.”

It is currently downloading fine for me. Please check your network connection. Test pinging a server, etc. Verifiy DNS

Are you doing a direct download of the update TAR or attempting to go through the GUI?

ya, something is whacked here I guess. I was trying direct since the GUI is not getting the trains.txt link. I tried that link you posted and is just stuck with a blank page and a stationary progress bar in safari. I may try chrome next. I have solid internet connectivity otherwise.

Nogo with chrome either…it’s just spinning its wheels and throwing “site cannot be reached”. Spitballing now, but maybe a distributed data center issue in my region (Michigan)?

I did a quick forum search. Try pinging the download server and post the results back.

Thanks for your help guys…I’m not out of the woods yet, looks like imp is disabled (common). I’m still setting up a new machine here so I’ll have to get back with you on an MTR result in a few. (home-brew/MTR, etc)

FWIW, I just tried the link again from Download TrueNAS CORE - Completely Free NAS OS. and it worked. I’m upgraded. Now to evaluate a plan for scale upgrading. Thanks !
