What time did you set in the BIOS? Ish.
As I post this, the time in GMT/UTC is 21:23. Does that sound familiar?
I set the actual time. interestingly there was no timezone option in my bios (MSI H81-P33 motherboard)
You need to set the GMT/UTC time in the BIOS. Not your local time (unless you happen to live in GMT).
The Time zone is set inside TrueNAS, you posted an image of it earlier and it looks set correctly so just setting time GMT/UTC time in the BIOS should suffice.
Also, your BIOS clock may well go back to 2013 if you lose power to your server, if the battery theory is correct.

I cannot thank you all enough for the support with my post. Appreciate the quick responses. I was able to fix my network and update Plex plugin and make it work!!
