I had some commitments over the last couple of days and haven’t replied. I moved the active IP from ix1 to ix0 and then moved the cable, no joy. This AM I dragged out Old Faithful, my Freenas (updated to TruNAS) home built, and tested it with the same cables I tried on the Mini xl+. Old Faithful connected every time and I could access it from both my Win10 box and my Zorin 18 box. I haven’t been able to access ordthe OSMC RPi 3. It asks for a password and it appears I’ve lost it.

I want to apologize for my stupidity. I did find the bad cable and it was in addition to using the wrong network port. Thanks again for all your assistance and putting up with me.
I think many of us have done things like that!
