Try changing your identifier to “ups”.

Same for me, not all charts are working. But the UPS works fine and the system manages to shutdown on low battery, so it does not matter to me.

Yep, TN does not give you any UPS status at all. Proper implementation would give us a page with the results of “upsc ups”, like pretty much any other appliance/is does (pfsense).

For Slave, in order for the UPS reports to be populated you need to apply this hack - it survives OS reboots and even upgrades:
