On the console, open the shell. Type zpool list and post the results. Also type top and take a screen capture of the entire header which show how your system memory is being utilized. q to exit.

Do you have console access? Can you watch the console for errors while it boots or try to boot to a previous TrueNAS version? You really aren’t giving much info.
