I have truenas Version 25.04…2.1 setup with 4 dataset all Raid-1 and connected through USB.
I have no problems, but keep on getting the messages below.

What can I do to solve the messages

Ouch, this is NOT the way!

The errors mean your disks need to be RMA or replaced. If you persist, you could lose the entire pool. I’d start backing up NOW if you haven’t already and figure out how to get a true disk controller and move away anything USB.

Yes you do, you have a drive that is starting to fail.
If it continues to do so and you happen to lose another drive you will lose your data.

This is a serious condition.

Do you have a backup should the worst come to pass?

First, prove that the drive is failing, do not assume anything. And it may be failing however it could be something else. I suspect the drive is failing but prove it first. I have no idea what USB drives you are using and if they are SMR, those can produce invalid results. Typically your pool becomes degraded.

Check out the link in my signature for Drive Troubleshooting. It is a flowchart that you follow, answer questions, and perform a few tests.

Once you know how to do this, you will be much better off in the future because drive do and will fail.

Hi Joe,

I will check my hd,
Thanks
