Thanks I will dive into HAOS then. The App version so far has been running fine and updated fine too. It only uses 512MB of memory or so. A VM needs 2GB I see and “confiscates” that from my system :frowning:

Just a question the app in truenas scale is a container yes? The apps run on docker. I haven’t had issues with running the customized container in docker. Containers remain supported. I must say I was very surprised to see the home assistant app deprecated and scheduled for removal.
