Internet access Slow or lost

Greetings.

Few days ago I realized that my LMS wouldn’t work with Tidal or YouTube.
Later I realized that I couldn’t Update because TrueNAS can’t reach the web. I thought it was an issue with the update that broke DNS or something. So I manually updated from 24.10.2.1 to 24.10.2.2 via updste file.
As everything seemd to work as expected I updated to 25.04.1
My HomeAssistant VM disaperead so I setup a new Instance with the old Zvol. At first I used s mcvlan but couldn’t connect to the NAS itself so I switched to bridge mode.
I have a br0 setup for the 10gbit Card. The other Network cable is connected to the dedicated IPMI Port.

Now after a while I realised that AGAIN I don’t have Internet connection on the NAS.
So I turned off all apps and instances. Did not help. What does help is rebooting. After a reboot for 15-60 seconds everything works fine.
Currently only the HomeAssistant instance is running and all apps are off.

Using the ping function in the shell everything in the local LAN works fine, but other external IPs have huge packet loss and Ping Beginns way to high.

Any clue about what’s going on or what i should try?
Changed DNS servers and tried DHCP.

Seems like DHCP took too long to activate… so it got reset after 60 seconds.

Tried again but Local and not via Web interface. That worked.

I’ve done a Ping test now and it seems fine for 15 minutes.
With all Apps and Instances running.
