qBittorrent - Errored: Read-Only file system

Hi

Just started getting an ‘Errored’ error when trying to download on qBittorrent. Error log shows error: Read-only file system

Notwithstanding the ‘read-only’ error, I’m able to create folder and files from SMB share.

qBittorrent was working just fine earlier so am unsure how this could have happened.

Have tried:

  • checking dataset permissions and set everything to Full Control

  • reinstalled the app for good measure and double check the Download Storage hostpath is matched to that in the app

Looks like there’s been some changes to the TrueNas version which was working out of the box.

Reinstalling the qBittorrent with the Config Storage on a dataset with recognised permissions (as opposed on the App Pool) fixed it for me.
