Hi i was trying to setup an account with Truenas Connect but independent of the choice i make either google or github the account creation always fails.
Is this common?

Sorry about being annoying.
But i really cannot create an account via the Truenas Connect Page.
And as far as i have seen there no real way to notify anyone at truenas about this.
I dont get an error code it just said account creation failed.

You posted on the weekend, it may take until Monday - Friday to get this looked at by TrueNAS.
I am having the same issue. Every time I try and create an account, in this case using my GitHub login it comes back and says “Account creation failed. Please try again.”.
Same issue. Gets authorized but when submitting at the country and terms page just redirects back to start again
I get the same issue with an existing account, Github or Google. It says it is signing inthen reverts to the login page. Presumably for the same reason it is not possible to register a new system as it goes through the same process
Hey folks. We had some ISP issues with the colo where the primary database was located - which resulted in problems with account creation, login, and some reporting.
These should be addressed now - but if you’re having difficulty creating your account, or you created one in the impact window and can’t sign in, let me know.

I am able to get into TrueNas connect now, but when I am trying to add my system it get stuck on the hang tight screen and never completes. I have tried three times to add it and its the same result each time.
I was able to Create an Account and Connect my System i do consider this solved.
