I had a drive die that was in a mirror. I removed the drive from the mirror and bought an exact replacement. When I went to plug the new drive it it spit out an error message and will not recognize the drive as a new drive. When I attached it the console displays a message for a short period of time that says mp2sas_cm0: along with more info. I have attached a picture of the message.
If you are looking for help, you didn’t even provide the bare minimum information so we could help you. All I see is “I have a drive problem” and you do not state that you actually want help, but I can assume you do.

I figured out what is going on was a power problem. I was using an external power adapter to power this drive and it was way too under powered. When I plugged the drive in the 12v went down to 10v and 5v went down to 4v…
